CHAPPELL HILL VFD RECEIVES $50,000 GRANT
The Lower Colorado River Authority and Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative presented the Chappell Hill Volunteer Fire Department with a $50,000 grant Thursday.
The Chappell Hill VFD says the money will go towards expanding the fire department, by building an addition to the fire station.
LCRA and Bluebonnet representatives presented the check to the fire department Thursday afternoon.
