CHI ST. JOSEPHS CEO STEPPING DOWN

  

The President and C.E.O. of CHI St. Joseph Health is stepping down.

Rick Napper is leaving St. Joseph’s effective December 15 to pursue other opportunities.

Napper arrived at CHI St. Joseph Health in November of 2015 after leaving Catholic Health Initiatives, where he served since 2013.

A St. Joseph’s press release states, Napper has been instrumental in leading the system’s integration efforts. It goes on to say, Napper focused on performance improvement efforts, with an emphasis on creating a positive environment for our patients, people, and physicians.

The hospital expects to name an interim leader within the coming weeks and begin a national search for a permanent replacement to lead the organization.
