‘CHILI WHEN IT’S CHILLY COOK-OFF’ HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND

  

An event aimed at raising money for veterans and troops with brain injuries will take place this Friday and Saturday in Waller.

The “Chili when it’s Chilly Cook-off” is happening February 17th and 18th at Lone Star Jellystone Yogi Bear Park. The theme this year is “These Colors Don’t Run” and organizers invite attendees to wear anything red, white, and blue in celebration.

The event will donate all proceeds to the ReBoot Program, which is an affiliate with the Boot Campaign. The program brings together world class mental and physical treatment for servicemen and women.
