CITY ANNOUNCES “MOVIES IN THE PARK” SUMMER SCHEDULE

  

The City of Brenham along with KWHI and KTEX-106 and Waste Connections Inc. have announced the lineup for this year’s Movies in the Park Series.

Five times this coming summer, family-friendly movies will be shown, free-of-charge.

The first free movie, Disney’s “Moana” is set for Thursday night, June 1^st at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center and is co-sponsored by Brianna’s Fine Salad Dressing.

Thursday, June 22^nd, “Sing” will be shown at Hohlt Park, co-sponsored by Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Brenham.

Thursday, July 6^th will feature “Field of Dreams” at Hohlt Park, co-sponsored by Germania Insurance.

The movie on Thursday, July 20^th at Hohlt Park, will be Disney’s “Zootopia”, co-sponsored by Associated Credit Union of Texas.

The final “Movie in the Park” will be Thursday, August 3^rd at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center.  Disney’s “Finding Dory” will be shown, co-sponsored by Barnhill House Toys & Books.

The movies are all free to the public, and begin approximately 10 minutes after dark.  Concessions will be available for purchase.
