COLLEGE STATION MAN SENTENCED TO 25 YEARS
A College Station man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after entering a plea of guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
46-year old Wesley Mack was sentenced in 361st District Court by Judge Steve Smith, Tuesday.
Mack plead guilty to charges stemming from a 2015 incident where he pointed a shotgun at a family member and later fired that weapon during the disagreement.
Mack pled to the maximum sentence of 10 years on the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon charge and 25 years on the Aggravated Assault charge. Mack had pre-viously been to prison for Arson.
