COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AGENDA

  

Washington County Commissioners will likely approve three proclamations at their regular meeting Tuesday morning.

The first proclamation will declare next week as Texas Extension Education Association Week in Washington County.

Commissioners will also recognize an issue that has been in the headlines lately when proclaim the month of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Commissioners are also expected to recognize the Adopt a Cemetery program of the Washington County Genealogical Society.  The Society presented the program to commissioners last week with the aim of informing the community about it and the need for volunteers.

The only other item on the agenda is a request to sell surplus county items through gov-deals.com, an online auction service.

Tomorrow’s meeting is scheduled for 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
