COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO CONSIDER AGREEMENTS TUESDAY

  

Washington County Commissioners will be looking to finalize several agreements at their meeting next Tuesday.  Commissioners will be discussing an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Brenham for Sanitation Services at the Citizen’s Collection Station.  They will also consider renewing an agreement with Election Systems and Software for election services this year.

Also on Tuesday’s agenda, commissioners will consider approving two grant Applications from the Sheriff’s Office.  The grant applications are for a Night Vision unit and 10 portable radios from the Office of the Governor, Homeland Security Division.  Commissioners will also consider the purchase of a 1 ½ ton Truck for the Road and Bridge Department.

Commissioners will also make several reappointments Tuesday.  They will reappoint a member to the MHMR Brazos Valley Board and two members to the Tax Phase-In Compliance Review Committee.

The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday morning at 9:00 at the Courthouse.
