COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO DISCUSS AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT

  

The Washington County Commissioners will meet tomorrow to discuss the granting of the Sheriff’s Office the authority to purchase emergency equipment from a Buy Board vendor, which will be installed in five new vehicles.

Also on the agenda is the seeking of approval of agreement between Applied Business Services, Inc., trading and doing business as Security Collection Agency, and the Washington County EMS to perform debt recovery and collection services.

There will also be a discussion up granting the County Treasurer, County Auditor and County Judge authorization to make budget amendments and budget line item transfers in order to close out the 2014 fiscal year.

The monthly reports of the District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice of the Peace, Auditor, Tax Assessor/Collector, Treasurer’s monthly report, Constables, Washington County fairgrounds, and Emergency Management Coordinator will be presented.

The County Commissioners will meet tomorrow in the Washington County Courthouse at 9am.
