CUB BAND PERFORMING IN FIRST COMPETITION TODAY

  

Tonight (Saturday) is a great chance for the community to come out and see the Brenham High School Cub Band as they perform in their first competition of the season.

The Cub Band will be participating in the Blinn Marching Festival at Cub Stadium at 5:15 p.m. In total, there will be 23 bands performing during the festival. The Cub Band will be performing their show, “Remains of the Day”.

Looking forward, the Cub Band will compete Saturday, October 8th in Katy at 1:45 and on Saturday, October 15th in The Woodlands at 11:15 p.m. The Director of Bands at BHS, Eric Retigg, says these two performances will help fine tune the program in preparation for the October 25th University Interscholastic League performance.
