CUB QUARTET TO PLAY IN ALL-STAR GAME, TONIGHT
Four members of the Brenham Cubs baseball team will be taking part in tonight’s Houston Area Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game.
The game is set for 5:00 at the University of Houston’s Schroeder Park.
The Cubs will be represented by pitcher-outfielder, Chandler Jozwiak; pitcher-thirdbaseman, Dane Acker; outfielder, Darvis Watson; and first baseman, Zach Marshall.
The four seniors helped the Cubs to the District 20/5A Championship and a berth in the Region III/5A finals against State Champ, Porte Neches-Groves.
