CUBETTES ALL ALONE IN FIRST PLACE IN DISTRICT 19-5A

With first place in district on the line, the Cubettes answered the call with a 44-32 victory over Stratford. The Cubettes now have a one game lead over their district foes with a 9-1 record, 20-7 for the season.  Tierra McCowan was the leading scorer throwing down 20 points and grabbing 16 rebounds for the double-double. Angel Darcus also had 16 points. The Cubettes travel to Magnolia on Friday at 6:30pm.
