Two members of the Brenham Cubettes volleyball team recently signed National Letters-of-Intent to play at the college level.
Avery Schroeder and Kelly Jurden signed their letters in a ceremony at Brenham High School to further their education and athletic careers.
Schroeder, a libero for the 2016 Cubettes, signed with Wharton County College.
Avery led the Cubettes this past season with 425 digs, while serving 22 aces.
Jurden signed with Texas Lutheran University, where she will also play softball for former Brenham head coach Wade Wilson.
in 2016, Kelly led the Cubettes with 732 assists, along with 92 kills and 53 service aces.
