CUBS HAVE DOWN NIGHT, FALL TO MAGNOLIA WEST
The Brenham Cub baseball team could only garner 3 hits as a team on Friday night and fell to Magnolia West 4-1. Darvis Watson had 2 of those hits and Dane Acker added the other. It is the first district loss of the season for the Cubs and moves them to 14-6 on the season and 7-1 in District 20-5A. The Cubs will next host Waller Tuesday night at 7:00.
