CUBS LOSE BATTLE AGAINST STRATFORD

In a close game on Tuesday, it was Stratford beating the Brenham Cubs 58-56.  It was only their second district loss of the season, where they have a 6-2 record and are 15-8 overall.  Antwon Lister led the way with 18 points, followed by CJ Miles 16 points and Chase Brooks 10 points.  The Cubs will now set their sights on Magnolia on Friday night, for a home tilt. The tip-off is set for 7:30 and KWHI will have live coverage beginning at 7:15 on KWHI and KWHI.com.
