CUBS MOVE THURSDAY PLAYOFF GAME VS. MEMORIAL
The Brenham Cubs have moved the opener of their Region Quarterfinal playoff with Tomball Memorial.
Thursday's game has been moved from Firemen's Park in Brenham to Georgetown Eastview High School.
Coach Lanny Williams announced the move, saying that the field at Firemen's would not be able to host the series opener due to the recent heavy rains.
Thursday's game will begin at 7:00 and can be heard live on KWHI and www.kwhi.com.
Friday's game-2 and possible game-3 are still set for Tomball Memorial, beginning at 5:30.
