CUBS-VIKINGS TO MEET IN AREA BOYS PLAYOFFS

The Brenham Cubs will take on the Bryan Vikings, Thursday night in the Area Round of the Region III/5A playoffs.

Tuesday night the Vikings (18-10) defeated Temple, 59-52, setting up a second-round meeting with the Cubs (21-8), who defeated North Forest on Monday, 65-61.

The two will meet Thursday night at 7:00 at Bryan Viking Gymnasium.

The game can be heard live on KWHI and www.kwhi.com, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:40.
