recently became Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Board Certification.

Within the Texas legal community, Board Certification means an attorney or paralegal has substantial, relevant experience in a select field of law as well as demonstrated and tested special competence in that area of law.

Board Certified paralegals are recognized as paralegals with the highest commitment to excellence in their area of law.

Board Certification is a voluntary designation program certifying Texas paralegals in 7 specific areas of law.  The Estate Planning and Probate law certification encompasses conserving and protecting property through wills and trusts, transferring property through gifts and wills, providing financial resources for minor children, probate proceedings, elder law issues, guardianship, and minimizing taxes on estates.

Lynette graduated from Brenham High School.  She has been with Moorman Tate since January 1976.  She and her husband David Dahmann live in Brenham.  Their children are Matthew Dahmann of Brenham and Jonathan Dahmann and wife Amy and soon to arrive grandson, all of Carrollton.
