DECEASED BODY FOUND ON TRAIN IN GRIMES COUNTY

  

A deceased man found on a train at a coal car unloading facility in Grimes County has been identified.

Investigators say 25-year-old Cameron Scott Day of Castle Rock, Colorado was discovered dead on Friday by employees at the property, located on FM 244 in Carlos.

Investigators say Day died while in transit from an unknown location. They were able to identify his body through fingerprint analysis.

Day’s body was transported to the Central Texas Autopsy Center in Lockhart. The cause of death is pending the final autopsy report and toxicology, however authorities say no foul play is suspected.
