DIME BOX COMMUNITY TO EXPERIENCE POWER OUTAGE THIS MORNING

  

A brief power outage is expected Wednesday in the Dime Box community in Lee County due to the City of Dime Box moving an old, historic iron bridge from one location to another.

Bluebonnet Electric will de-energize and take down power lines at two locations, resulting in an outage that will begin around 9am, according to Will Holford of Bluebonnet Electric.

"We will reroute power to most of the members serviced by those power lines, but about 40 meters will be without power for around two hours," said Will Holford.
