DOWNTOWN BRENHAM LIGHTED UP DURING FIRST NIGHT OF DOWNTOWN CHRISTMAS STROLL

  

Friday was the first night of the Brenham Downtown Christmas Stroll, which began at 5:30 with the lighting of the courthouse lights, and caroling around the square

There is an ice skating rink set up at the intersection of Alamo and Douglas, today from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday's festivities included face painting, SNOWZILLA rides, live entertainment, the Jingle Bell Market, Sip, Shop, and Stroll, a Christmas movie at the Simon Theatre, Christmas story time with Miss Lou Lou.

The Gingerbread Home tour, designed by local individuals, businesses and schools, are available for viewing through today. An auction will be held on Monday from 5:30 until 7pm in the Bullock Ballroom at the Simon Theatre.

The Lighted Christmas Parade will begin at 6pm tonight, with this year's theme...Christmas Characters on Parade! Everyone is being encouraged to dress as their favorite Christmas Character. KWHI will air the parade live at 6pm
