DWI ARREST AFTER ACCIDENT
A Brenham man faces a DWI charge after an accident early Saturday morning.
Just after midnight Friday, Officer Jonathan Phipps responded to a one vehicle crash at the intersection of W. Vulcan and N. Austin Parkway.
The vehicle was stuck on the railroad tracks and the driver admitted to having been drinking.
27-year old Jose Adalid Alvarado Sanchez of Brenham was unable to pass the field sobriety test.
Sanchez is charged with Driving while intoxicated with a Breath-Alchol Content over .15.
