ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION BALLOTS MAILED OUT

  

Ballots have been mailed out to Brenham Economic Development Foundation members for the election of the Board of Directors.  Five positions are up for election to the EDF Board.  Those elected to the board will serve a 3 year term beginning December 1st.

On the Ballot are Roger Atkins of RJ3 Enterprise, Tieman Dippel lll of Brenham National Bank, Mike Hopkins Jr. of Mike Hopkins Distributing, Barney Loesch of Thrivent Financial, Jimmy Lawhorn of Blue Bell Creameries, Melissa McCune of the Brenham Clinic, and Brad Trochta of Brenham Wholesale Grocery.

Ballots are due back by November 15th.  The Brenham Economic Development Foundation was founded in 1953 and seeks to foster business development in the Brenham are.  The non-profit organization works with Brenham Community Development Corporation, the City of Brenham, Washington County, and Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative to attract new business and support excising companies in Washington County.
