EDUCATION FORUM SET FOR TODAY
The Washington County Education Forum is set for today (Friday) at the Blinn Student Center, presented by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.
Brenham ISD Superintendent Dr. Walter Jackson and Burton Superintendent Dr. Edna Kennedy will address the audience on the state of public education in Washington County as the start of the 2017-18 school year looms, just weeks away.
Theta will also be information available on how to become involved in a new program: Partners for P.E.A.C.E.—Public Education Ambassadors for Community Engagement.
The forum and luncheon will be from 11:30-to-1:00 in the banquet room at the Blinn College Student Center.
