Matthew Sowders is charged with the capital murder of his wife.

The search began a week ago, when her boyfriend, Jason Sanford had dropped her off at work at 6:15 last Thursday morning.  Deputies found her white Honda Accord Friday night on Interstate 45 near Richey Road.

Texas Eqqusearch would only say they had good reason to believe her body would be found near the interstate and that her death was the result of foul play.

Sanford said Sowders was suppose to go meet her ex-husband, Matthew Sowders  and their youngest daughter at the McDonalds on FM 1960 near Kuykendahl Road.
