EXPLOSION NEAR SAN ANTONIO MAY BE LINKED TO AUSTIN
An explosion occurred overnight inside a FedEx facility in Schertz, near San Antonio, according to an FBI spokesperson.
Officials say, based on preliminary information gathered at the scene, this package is likely linked with the four recent Austin explosions.
No serious injuries have been reported in the explosion at FedEx, ATF spokeswoman Nicole Strong said.
The package was reportedly headed to Austin. FBI and ATF are at the scene investigating.
Police in Austin, aided by federal and state forces, are combing for clues to find the serial bomber behind four explosions.
But so far, there's no word on any suspect or motive.
