FAILURE TO PULL OVER LEADS TO MARIJUANA BUST

  

A 19-year old man from the Woodlands was arrested on misdemeanor marijuana possession charges when he would not pull over when a Brenham police officer signaled him to do so.

Police reports say Jorge Alberto Valencia-Herau kept driving  last (Sunday) night at 9:43.   He finally stopped in the 800 block of South Chappell Hill.  A scan of the car found a small amount of marijuana and he was arrested.
