FAITH MISSION TEAMS WITH SALVATION ARMY FOR LOCAL KIDS

For over a decade now, Faith Mission, the service unit for Salvation Army, has provided an opportunity for youth ages 10-12 to attend a spectacular Christian camp known as Camp Hoblitzelle.

Camp Hoblitzelle is located in Midlothian, Texas with over 100 acres filled with food, fun, and fellowship activities.

The week long camp features morning and evening vespers, bible studies, reflection, and meditation time at an amphitheater on a lake with a lit cross.

The camp is filled with recreation activities that include fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, zip lining, swimming, and much, much more.

Qwynetta Foster is the Camp Hoblitzelle director, and she stated "It is a blessing to provide this opportunity to the youth of Washington and Burleson County. To see the faces of the young people as they go to the charter bus is priceless.”
