FAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ARREST ONE ON OUTSTANDING WARRANT

  

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that on Wednesday July 1, at approximately 4:10 p.m, Investigator Robert Dryden received information in reference to a subject who had an outstanding Motion to Revoke Probation warrant out of Fayette County.

The individual had been avoiding Law Enforcement, having been known to have an outstanding warrant.  Investigator Dryden and Deputy Marc Bennett responded to the West Point area and located the individual at the West Point store.

The Officers arrested twenty-seven year old Michael Andrew Bennett of LaGrange for the outstanding warrant, and during the arrest they located marijuana in Bennett’s vehicle and charged him with possession of marijuana.

Bennett was transported to the Fayette County Jail, and was arrested on an outstanding Motion to Revoke Probation warrant and Possession of Marijuana.
