FAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT
Sheriff Keith Korenek reports on Sunday morning around 4:10 am the Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a car on fire in Carmine on Celebration Street.
The Carmine Fire Department was dispatched and responded to the scene. Deputy Ken Kretz also responded to the scene.
Upon arrival the car was reportedly fully engulfed and the fire spread to the neighbor’s wooden fence. The fire was quickly extinguished and there were no reported Injuries.
The fire is believed to have started from electrical problems.
