A fifth person has been indicted in connection with the murder of a Rockdale woman.

Kevin Cormier was arrested on charges of tampering with evidence in the death of Emily Hacker.

Cormier is accused of helping move Hacker's body to Lyons.

Her body was found in a shallow grave back in January. An autopsy report showed Hacker died of blunt force trauma.

If convicted, Cormier could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and be fined $10,000.

Cormier is the fifth person indicted in Hacker's death.  Edward Barry, John Stewart, Candice Jones and Ashley Wesson-Zawadzke were indicted by the Milam County Grand Jury on capital murder charges in February.
