A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for most of the Brazos Valley until 12pm.
A FLOOD ADVISORY is in effect for, eastern Waller, west central Montgomery, and southeastern Grimes county until 7am, eastern Brazos, northern Grimes, northwestern Walker, and Madison counties until 8:15am, and Leon County until 8:30am.
A line of thunderstorms -- containing gusty winds, heavy rain, thunder, & lightning -- is sliding east toward the Brazos Valley. 1 to 3 inches of rain could fall as this line continues to move east.

There was running water over over FM 50 about 2 miles south of FM 60 at 6:30 this morning… Roughly 4 inches deep
