A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Madison, Montgomery, Houston, Trinity, Waller, Walker & San Jacinto counties until 7pm Tuesday afternoon and Milam, Robertson, Lee and Leon Counties until 7pm Wednesday.
