A Richmond man who formerly owned a convenience store in Washington County has been indicted by the latest 21st District Grand Jury.

51-year old Ashraf Nazar Ali, the former owner of the Country Food Store on Highway 36 North, has been indicted on four counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

  1. Its good to see Mr.Ali in jail. He has always been quiet an affable fellow; however, his decession to sell kush reveales at a certain point that his motive for making more money outweighes any concern he has for the young people whose lives are negatively affected by those products he sells. Mr. Ali hasnt done anything your garden variety crack dealer hasnt done. They are just drug dealers, and jail is where they belong ….
