FORMER SNOOK HIGH SCHOOL AIDE INDICTED

A former Snook High School teacher's aide has been indicted on charges of the alleged sexual assault of students.
32-year old Deanna Lara was arrested back in December for an improper relationship with a student.
Lara resigned her position with Snook I.S.D. after the initial allegations in December. She is prohibited from returning.
Lara has been indicted on seven charges of improper relationship with a student and three charges of sexual assault of a child.
The indictment lists alleged incidents of sexual contact with four students.
Lara is currently free on $110,000 bond.
