FOUR PERSONS SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT

  

Four persons plead guilty in 21st District Court to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison sentences in the courtroom of Judge Carson Campbell , according to Julie Renken, District Attorney.

Danny Allen Staggs, 34, of Bellville, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from June 23, 2011, and had his probation revoked, and was sentenced to two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, fine 1,468.58 fine and his court-appointed attorney fee.

Anthony J Davis, 38, of Brenham, plead guilty to Evading Arrest/Detention with Previous Conviction from September 11, 2011, and had his probation revoked and was sentenced to six month in the TDCJ, and fined $883.

Ishai Lewis, 33, plead guilty to Forgery from May 17, 2013, and was sentenced to two years in the TDCJ, probated four years, fined $500, court cost and court-appointed attorney fee, $536.22 restitution, $75 hot check fee, 137 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, no contact with the co-defendants, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.

Dasia Eubanks, 22, of Houston, plead guilty to Possession of Marijuana 5-50 LBS, from September 2, 2014, and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine, court cost, $180 lab fee, 240 hours of community service restitution, drug offender education program, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.
