FRIDAY DEADLINE FOR SCARECROW ENTRIES
Friday is the final day for entries to be accepted for the 2017 Downtown Brenham Scarecrow Extravaganza.
Registrations will be accepted through Friday. Scarecrows will be placed downtown by next Friday (10/6). Voting on the top scarecrows will take place throughout the month of October. The winners will be announced October 31st—Halloween.
Main Street Brenham will present over $1300 in prizes. There will be seven winners of $150, while $250 goes to the best overall scarecrow.
Sponsors include: Dona Lynn’s Unique Gifts, Hermann Furniture, Must Be Heaven, The Canyon Chick, The Pomegranate and Yumm Sweets and Eats. KWHI and KTEX-106 is sponsoring the Top Overall prize.
