FUNNY MONEY USED AT LOCAL RESTAURANT
Brenham police are investigating a counterfeiting case at a local fast food restaurant.
Wednesday night Cpl. Todd Ashorn was called to the Sonic restaurant at the 2300 block of S. Day, where counterfeit money was used for a purchase.
Further investigation indicates that several suspects have used counterfeit money to purchase food at the restaurant over the past two days.
The case remains under investigation.
