GIDDINGS LOOKING FOR NEW SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT
The Giddings School Board is on the lookout for a new superintendent after Allen Law announced his retirement this month.
Law told the Board he had been on this job “24/7” so he decided it was time to do something a lot less stressful.
Law came to the Giddings School district four years ago. At the time the Giddings district was running a deficit that was only closed with some tough decisions about personnel.
Law also pointed to added security entrances added to the campuses as another accomplishment of his tenue.
