GIDDINGS WOMAN ARRESTED FOR THEFT, ASSAULT
A Giddings woman has been arrested in Brenham, charged with theft and assault.
36-year old Elizabeth Ann Malone was arrested Monday night around 6:30 after Brenham Police were called to a theft at the local WalMart on Highway 290.
Officer Jason Kasprowicz and assisting officer arrest Malone on charges of Class B misdemeanor theft with a prior conviction and a charge of simple assault.
Malone was taken to the Washington County Jail.
