GOODWILL CHURCH TO HOST GROUNDBREAKING WEDNESDAY
A Groundbreaking ceremony is set for Wednesday morning to kick off the construction of the rebuilt Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church.
The church was destroyed by flood waters that swept through Washington County back in May of last year.
The church building, formerly located on FM-1155 East was a total loss after flood waters rose to over four feet. The adjacent cafeteria building was moved over 10 feet from its foundation.
The ceremony will take place at the new location site: 9180 Highway 105, at the corner of Highway 105 and FM 2193.
The ground breaking will be held at 11:00AM.

God is so amazing
It is good to see this happening, It was sad to hear of the destruction of this church, but it is good to see it being rebuilt. Prayers for the church members and the construction workers.
