GRAND JURY RETURNS 22 INDICTMENTS
The Washington County Grand Jury meet this week and returned 22 indictments. Those indicted include:
Edward Mark Byrne, 66 of Brenham for driving while intoxicated third offence.
Chad Christian Clift, 36 of College Station for online solicitation of a minor.
Chester Coleman lll, 28 of Washington Texas for continuous family violence.
Justin Michael Doty, 25 of Brenham for burglary of a building.
Manuel Romero Hernandez, 19 of Brenham for assault family violence impede breath-circulation.
Daniel Hurtado, 17 of Brenham for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and 2 counts of endangering a child.
Isldro Jaramillo, 41 of Brenham for assault family violence impede breath.
Katherine Lovings, 46 of Washington Texas for 3 cases of forgery of financial instruments of elderly.
Montreyle McCormick, 24 of Kennedale Texas for online solicitation of a minor.
Cory James Middleton, 27 of College Station for burglary of a building and evading arrest with a vehicle – deadly weapon.
Sergio Nieto, 39 of Del Valle Texas for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger – 2 counts.
Tyrone Scyrus Jr. 18 of Brenham for deadly conduct.
Charlotte Skaggs Taylor, 44 of Flower Mound Texas for theft of $2500 to $30,000.
Timmy Varela, 22 of Bellville for online solicitation of a minor.
Haviett Wilson, 28 of Brenham for 2 counts of injury to a child.
The indictments of two people were who were previously indicted by the Grand Jury were also released now that they have been arrested:
Justin Fuchs, 38 of Brenham for 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Brian McDade, 25 of Hempstead for 2 cases of forgery.
