GRAND JURY RETURNS 26 INDICTMENTS
A Brenham man faces a sexual assault charge after he was indicted in this week’s session of the 21st District Court Grand Jury.
25-year old Sammy Earl Daniels is charged with Sexual Assaut of a Child and two counts of Indecency With a Child. Daniels was arrests back on January 8 of this year.
.A Prairie View woman faces drug charges after she was indicted.
47-year old Lynda Ann Barrerra of Prairie View is charged with three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance after her arrests, December 29, December 30 and January 20.
A Brenham man has been indicted for Online Solicitation of a Minor. 25-year old Enrique Ortiz is charged in an incident that occurred in January of last year.

43-year old Hilliard Dimingo Bouldin of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
32-year old Daniel Rosencranz of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle—Deadly Weapon.
63-year old Richard Endel of Houston, for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated.
29-year old Maria Villanueva of LaGrange, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.
44-year old Barbara Kubeczka of Brenham, for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information of the Elderly.
33-year old Quenton Dewyane Graves of Brenham, for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
Three people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance: 27-year old Tommy Farrell of Brenham; 28-year old Ashley Moerbe (Mur-bee) of Brenham; and 28-year old Crystal Rios of Brenham.
Indicted back on November 23 of last year and now in custody is 48-year old Moses Arthurs of Hempstead for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Indicted on October 27 of last year and now in custody is 42-year old Patrick Shine of Hockley for two counts of Burglary of a Building and Theft of a Firearm.
