HAPPY HEARTS QUILT GUILD, GIDDINGS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTING QUILT SHOW

  

The Happy Hearts Quilt Guild is hosting a Victorian Romance-themed Quilt Show this weekend.

There will be a judged quilt show, along with the popular Bed Turning.  Happy Hearts Vice President Debra Hartfield says there will be a lot offered at this weekend’s event.

 

The quilts being shown are not for sale, but people will be able to participate in a quilt raffle.

 

Hartfield says all proceeds will go towards a variety of charitable causes in the area.

 

The event will take place on Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Admission is $5, with raffle tickets costing $1 or 6 tickets for $5.  The show will be held at the Silos on 77 Event Center in Giddings, 1031 County Road 223.  For more information, visit the Giddings Happy Hearts Quilt Guild Facebook page, or contact the Giddings Chamber of Commerce at 979-542-3455.
