HEMPSTEAD MAN FACES 3RD DWI IN BRENHAM

A Hempstead man faces charges after a traffic stop Saturday afternoon in Brenham.
51-year old Ronald Benjamin Rodriguez was pulled over Saturday afternoon by Brenham Police in the 900 block of US 290 West.
Officer Hunter Andras says Rodriguez was slow to answer questions and had difficulty remembering where he was coming from. Andras says Rodriguez failed a field sobriety test.
He is charged with Driving while Intoxicated – Third or more offense and Driving while License Invalid with Previous Conviction.
