HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
A Houston man has been arrested for Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop in Brenham.
Friday afternoon, around 1:50 p.m., Officer Jonathan Phipps conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of US 290 West and Sunset Road.
When Phipps approached the vehicle, he could smell the strong odor of marijuana. The driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Jordan Anthony Marsh, admitted to having marijuana in his gym bag.
Marsh was arrested for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.
