HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
A Houston man faces a marijuana possession charge after his arrest in Brenham, Saturday morning.
Around 1:00 a.m. Cpl. Seth Klehm conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of US 290 West.
During the stop, Klehm had two passengers in the back seat get out of the car. Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer told Klehm he saw a baggy containing marijuana on the back seat.
23-year old Timothy Davis of Houston said the marijuana was his.
Davis is charged with Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.
