HOUSTON MAN CHARGED WITH LOCAL ASSAULT

A Houston man faces an assault charge after a disturbance Friday evening.
26-year old Dominique Lamar Dupree of Houston was involved in an altercation at 1700 East Stone St.
Officer Eddie Martinez was called out to the disturbance. At the scene, he found one male and one female, involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical.
Dupree was placed under arrest for Simple Assault.
