HOUSTON MAN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION

  

A Houston man had been charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop Thursday morning.

Shortly after 9:00 a.m., 21-year old Michael Anthony Brown was pulled over at the intersection of South Chappell Hill and Pecan Streets.

Officer Jonathan Phipps said he could smell marijuana coming from the car and noticed marijuana on the passenger seat.

A search turned up marijuana in the car.

Brown is charged with Possession of marijuana under 2 oz
