INDICTMENT IN TRAFFIC CHASE DEATH
A Temple man who led authorities on a deadly high speed chase that began in Caldwell has been indicted by the Milam County Grand Jury.
25 year old John Fitzgerald Page Jr. has been indicted on charges of second degree manslaughter and evading arrest.
Back on March 15, police tried several times to stop Page’s car, with speeds reaching 120 miles per hour.
Eventually, Page lost control in the town of Buckholts, striking and killing Guadalupe Rodriguez who was walking along the road that night.
