J.P. DOUGLAS ZWIENER TO RUN FOR REELECTION

  

Precinct-One Washington County Justice of the Peace Douglas Zwiener has announced that he plans to seek re-election.

Zwiener says he hopes to continue his service to the citizens of Washington County.

Zwiener says the Justice Courts are steadily changing with an ever increasing case load and new rules for civil court as set forth by the Texas Supreme Court.   He says those changes reinforce the need for an experienced judge on the bench.

Zwiener assumed the role of primary Magistrate at the Washington County Jail and still manages his daily case load

Zwiener has served as Justice of the Peace for precinct One of Washington County for the past 12 years”
